The True Cost Of Education

This is unit one of the Economics course. For the past couple of weeks we have been learning about supply/demand and how it plays out in the market place. For our action project, I had two choose two paths to take for college. We had to research the cost of college and how long it would take to pay off. We also had to choose a career path which gave us an idea of how much money we would make in a lifetime. Overall I enjoyed this unit. I liked it because it was very prevalent to my life right now. I hope you enjoy my project!

In My elective class, Ollywood, we just finished Unit 2 which focused on "Production". We learned about the main elements of film production, which included lighting, camera angles and acting. By watching films in class, we were able to discuss and gain a better understanding for these elements. For this units field experiences, we had a visitor come in for some advice with filming, and then we went to a theatre to watch a documentary on Englewood. Overall I really enjoyed this unit. What Is The Meaning Of Life?

This is the third and final unit of our Humanities course, called Journalism. In this unit, we learned about photography and how a photo can have a significant impact on the world. Our Field Experience included, visiting Roosevelt University and looking at an array of images with meaning. For this Action Project we had to take a photo and correlate it to the meaning of life.
